Frequently Asked Patient Questions Facility Status and COVID-19 Infections


Is your site open?  For what types of visits?


Yes, even in this time of uncertainty, our practice is a place to go to look and feel your best — and we’re delivering the care you need. We’re safely treating all patients, both in-person vein and aesthetic treatments as well as through virtual consultations, in adherence with federal and state executive orders and guidance.  We welcome both new and existing patients for in-person and virtual consultations.

How are you screening patients for COVID-19?


We are screening all patients for symptoms and possible COVID-19 exposure via a door-screening process where you’ll be asked a series of questions and take a temperature check before entering our buildings.

What are your new precautions to minimize risk of COVID-19 transmission?


When you visit, you’ll notice:

  • Strict limits to the number of people in our general areas
  • Carefully monitored entrance points
  • Screening of all patients for symptoms and possible COVID-19 exposure before entering our buildings
  • Universal masking required for all patients, visitors, and staff
  • Currently, our relaxation room and other waiting areas remain closed
  • Enhanced cleaning of treatment rooms and equipment after each patient
  • Frequent deep cleaning of other MediSpa spaces

How should patients check-in for their appointments?


When you arrive, our staff will welcome you at your designated entrance. They’ll guide you through our door screening process, including COVID-19 screening questions, a temperature check, and you’ll be reminded of important MediSpa safety guidelines, including use of masks, social distancing and visitor policies.

How are you enabling social distancing measures within your office?


Our staff has taken special precautions to protect you and minimize contact with others. Our relaxation room is currently closed and patients will wait in their car until time of appointment.

Has staff been trained in regard to these social distancing measures?


We take patient and staff safety seriously. We have detailed and thorough plans for patient care and protecting staff.  Our entire staff has been trained and is prepared to care for patients and keep them safe from further infection.

Are you offering hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes? Are you requiring patients to use these upon entry?


Extra supplies of hand sanitizer will be available to all patients and staff throughout our office.

What PPE will staff be wearing?


All staff will be wearing masks and N95 masks and gloves when appropriate.

What is your guest policy?


We are asking patients not to bring guests with them to their appointments.
