There may be a feeling of tugging, mild pinching, pulling, tingling, intense cold, stinging, aching, and cramping in the areas being treated. These side effects are temporary and will diminish shortly after the treatment area becomes numb.

After the procedure is completed, some side effects may include swelling, temporary redness, bruising, blanching, firmness, tenderness, stinging, tingling, itching, cramping, aching, or skin sensitivity. If a treatment is performed in the chin and neck area, there may be a feeling of fullness in the back of the throat after its completion.
