CHRISTMAS IN JULY POLICIES

The Christmas In July specials are deeply discounted with reimbursement rules that are separate from our standard refund policy. 

Each promotion is valid for the stated date only. No Exceptions.

Specials must be purchased the same day as the promotion either in person or by phone.  Specials are not available online.  We will honor calls left to voicemail before midnight and will call back for payment information. 

We accept cash, check, or credit card.  Our highly reduced specials cannot be purchased with Care Credit, PatientFi, Cherry, Gift cards, or Gift Certificates.

Specials cannot be combined with other discounts.

If it is determined that you are not a candidate for a prepaid “special” procedure, a gift card for the value of the purchase will be issued. 

We will not apply discounts to previously purchased packages or treatments.  Discount applies only to packages purchased during the promotion.

All packages and treatments purchased during our Christmas In July promotion must be completed by August 31, 2025 and are non-transferable after the first treatment has begun.

“Free” treatments have no value.  If not used, there is no value to apply to other treatments. 

In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun but is not completed within the prescribed treatment time (2 months), the unused services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed.  The package will have no residual refund value at the end of that 2-month period.

Any un-started packages will be dismantled at the end of the prescribed treatment period (2 months) and a 10% processing fee will be applied. The remaining credit balance for un-started packages will be issued as a gift certificate, redeemable for cosmetic services or products. Gift certificates will have a yearly decrease in value according to our Gift Certificate policy rules which is available in our office or on our website at: www.wimedispa.com.
