How soon will my hair grow back after a LaseMD/KeraLase treatment?

What does Bioidentical mean?

“Bioidentical” refers to a synthetic hormone or protein which cannot be distinguished from a natural hormone or protein by the body. KeraLase utilizes bioidentical growth factors for best hair restoration results.

Are you awake during hair restoration?

Yes. Hair restoration is often performed using a cool air device only.

Is the hair restoration process painful?

While there are different hair restoration treatments offered at our facility, the most common one does not involve any injections thus no sedative or analgesics are necessary. You may experience some mild warmth during the procedure, but pain is not expected.

Who is a candidate for hair restoration?

Hair restoration is best for patients who have hair thinning or a receding hairline. Complete hair loss or bald spots likely will not respond to hair restoration treatments.

What is the recovery process for hair restoration?

There are restrictions on how soon you can wash your hair or use products, depending on the procedure. Typically, we ask that you refrain from washing and styling for 24 hours.

How many hair restoration treatments are needed for lasting results?

Most series are packages as 4-6 treatments. And annual maintenance is always recommended.

How long does the procedure take?

Depending on which procedure we do, it can take 20-40 min

What should I do before my hair restoration treatment?
