What is ALMA HYBRID?
Alma Hybrid is an advanced laser treatment that combines fractional ablative CO2 laser technology and non-ablative 1570nm laser energy to improve the look and feel of the skin. Alma Hybrid uniquely combines the gold-standard ablative CO2 and non-ablative 1570nm lasers to provide both superficial and deep skin revitalization. The CO2 laser removes the top layer of skin, promoting collagen production and reducing visible imperfections, while the 1570nm laser targets deeper skin layers without causing surface damage, ensuring minimal downtime and quicker recovery. Since this is a fractionated laser treatment, normal uninjured islands of skin remain, making recovery more rapid.
What can you expect from an Alma Hybrid treatment?
During the treatment, you will feel a warming sensation as the laser passes over your skin. A topical anesthetic is applied ahead of time to minimize discomfort, and the procedure typically lasts about 60 minutes. The treatment is designed to be as comfortable as possible, with cooling mechanisms to reduce any discomfort. Most patients report a warm, tingling sensation during the procedure.
